High Urea Content NPK Anti-caking Agent

High-urea content NPK fertilizers (urea content high) feature strong hygroscopicity. With little or no ammonium chloride and ammonium sulfate content, these high-purity urea NPK fertilizers are prone to moisture absorption, particle bonding and crystal bridge formation under humidity fluctuation, temperature difference and long-term stacking, resulting in caking, hardening and poor fluidity during storage and transportation.

FRX-03A-1 urea-base NPK anti caking agent is specially developed for high-urea compound fertilizer caking characteristics. It forms a dense hydrophobic protective film on fertilizer particle surfaces to isolate moisture and block crystal bridge growth, effectively solving caking issues of high-purity urea-base NPK. The highly compatible formula causes no damage to fertilizer nutrients, solubility or appearance, perfectly fitting mass production and long-cycle storage & shipment.
