Chloride‑based NPK zero or extremely low urea content features unique caking characteristics different from urea-rich formulas. This inorganic fertilizer formula mainly contains high phosphorus components and ammonium chloride, with no urea hygroscopic interference. Its caking root cause lies in the high solubility of phosphate and ammonium chloride salts, which are prone to micro-deliquescence and recrystallization under humidity fluctuation and long-term stacking. Stable crystal bridges form between fertilizer particles, resulting in hard caking, poor fluidity and particle agglomeration during storage and ocean transportation.

FRX-03A-3 Chloride‑based NPK Anti-Caking Agent is professionally developed for inorganic high-phosphate ammonium chloride fertilizer systems. It forms a compact, high-toughness hydrophobic protective film on particle surfaces, effectively isolating ambient moisture and inhibiting phosphate-chloride composite recrystallization. The formula is highly compatible with zero-urea inorganic fertilizer components, does not affect fertilizer purity, phosphorus activity and crop absorption efficiency.
