Medium‑Urea‑Content and Sulfates‑Based NPK Anti Caking Agent

NPK compound fertilizers containing medium urea content and high sulfates are prone to deliquescence and recrystallization. During long-term storage and cross-border transportation, ammonium sulfate easily produces fine crystal precipitates, connecting fertilizer particles to form hard agglomerates, which affects fertilizer looseness and user experience.

FRX-03A-2 Urea + Sulfate NPK Anti Caking Agent is developed for the caking characteristics of sulfate-rich urea NPK fertilizer. It forms a dense hydrophobic film on particle surfaces to lock out moisture and suppress crystal precipitation and bridging. The formula is highly compatible with urea-sulfate fertilizer systems without affecting fertilizer nutrients and solubility.

Using it together with powder anti-caking agent achieves far better long-term anti-caking effect.
