Specially developed for compound fertilizer granulation, this product serves as an ideal substitute for traditional mineral fillers such as clay and attapulgite clay. It effectively increases fertilizer balling rate, reduces return materials and fine powder, improves fertilizer particle strength and surface smoothness, and lowers overall production costs. With non-toxic, harmless and environmentally friendly properties, it ensures stable and high-quality granulation performance for various fertilizer production lines.

4. Application & Recommended Dosage

FRX-04A fertilizer granulating agent is suitable for chloride-based, sulfate-based and nitrate-based NPK compound fertilizers. It is fully compatible with mainstream drum granulator and disc granulator production lines, requiring no equipment modification.

4.1 Adding Method

Mix FRX-04A evenly with fertilizer raw materials in proportion before feeding, then proceed with conventional granulation processes.

4.2 Reference Dosage

• For particle strength enhancement: 8-10kg per ton of finished fertilizer, effectively improve granule hardness and reduce fine powder rate
  
• For main granulation & full replacement: Above 60kg per ton of finished fertilizer, completely replace traditional clay fillers and improve granule balling rate

The optimal dosage should be adjusted according to actual raw material conditions, production processes and target granule quality requirements.

5. Packaging, Storage & Transportation

5.1 Packaging

Standard package: 20kg±0.2kg bag; or customized package.

5.2 Storage

Store in dry, ventilated and clean warehouse, keep away from rain and moisture. The shelf life is 12 months. Expired products can be used normally after passing professional quality inspection.

5.3 Transportation

Handle with care during transportation; avoid heavy extrusion, direct sunlight and rain exposure.
